Dear Fellow Travellers/Members,

Welcome to our Travellers' & Singles' Contacts Network. As it is run on a self - help & donation basis ; any financial assistance that is offered to contribute to a reasonable share of all operating costs including Web Site annual charges, professional time, advertising, mail handling, printing & stationery, photocopying, postage, etc., will be very much appreciated; in addition to the US $20 Membership and registration fee also to be attached.

Every effort will be made to find a special Companion or two, either in Country or City, who are also in a similar position to yourself, either travelling alone or lonely.

All personal details are kept in strict confidence, and:

you will only be issued usually with a first name, phone number, and/or Town/Suburb Locality, for all contacts.
it is then up to you to contact the person(s) by phone or mail.
they in turn will supply you with the rest of their details if they feel that they would like further contact.

For those who do not have a phone or do not wish it to be used,contact can be made by post ( or e - mail ) through given name and C/o your/their nearest Post Office and Town/Suburb Locality.
You of course will be given the same security & consideration.

The initial Organisation was started by a person who, after leaving the City for Country-life with his Wife, soon after lost her & became very isolated & lonely.
Realising that there are many others in a similar position in Country areas, the Organisation was formed to try & help these people to communicate with others & make good, reliable & everlasting Friends.

As Country City Contacts expands, special services will be introduced based upon both sufficient :-

requests from Members' & Friends', &
from their input & suggestions,

giving our Members the opportunity to meet further Friends as well as having outings with Friends that you have already met.

If you know someone who is also alone or lonely, please let them know of our Organisation.
Advertise in your area if you can :-

Posters are available free of charge, for Notice Boards, e.g.
Places of Work or Worship, Shopping Centres, Sporting or Social Clubs; etc.
These Posters can also be copied beforehand, together with
the Membership Application Forms,
both for distribution, including to Travellers', Friends & Family.
